Love is......

......patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears. When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put childish ways behind me. Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known. And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love. 1 Corinthians 13:4-13

Daddy Daughter Dance

It is amazing how she looks forward to this day ALL YEAR LONG!!!!

The Dress... Shoes...Nails...Hair...Dinner...Danceing...Pictures

This is her day with Daddy, he takes her to get nails done and then we do hair, make up and dress all up. They walk hand in hand out the door to their night together. Memories they are creating together will forever be worth more than all the gold in this world.

May she know the deep fatherly love her daddy has for her. May his Godly character example for her the worth she has in her heavenly father. And seek to be all that He has planned for her on this earth.

Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow

What a wonderful white surprise as we woke up this morning. The kids were so excited to play in our snow. Jaxson had only one thing on his mind "SNOWBALL FIGHT". He couldn't think of anything else but to gather up a handfull of white fluff and chunk it at me.

Jacie was more inclined to create beautiful snow angles. They had a great time. And we even made some snow soup Yummy!!

Olympic Gymnest in the making

Jacie has patiently been awaiting her turn to begin a sport. After much thought and changing of mind... she has chosen Gymnastics. In January she started her class. She defendant has the build of a gymnast however the foundational skills we are still working on. She is a quick learner and we are practicing our cartwheels, handstands and stretching.
The concept of " stretch till it burns and hold it" is not as exciting as she expected. But were proud of her, she is working on it every day. It was amazing to see her improvement with her cartwheels after only one week of working at home. The instructors were impressed.
